ARTWORK ONLY SERVICE
With many years of experience in the garment industry EthicalTees also offers an ARTWORK ONLY service. We can produce CUTTER PLOTTER VECTORS, INDEX SEPARATIONS, SPOT PROCESS SEPARATIONS, BASIC SPOT COLOUR SEPARATIONS and WEB GRAPHICS.
STANDARD COLOUR SEPARATIONS
We produce standard screen printing artwork separations directly to you email in-box. Separations are provided in ‘CorelDraw’ format ready to print on your inkjet / laser printer. Our service is tailored to the way you like to work. A few of our customers have found that it’s far more cost effective for Ethical t-shirts printers to do all their artwork separations than to produce their artwork in-house, there’s no down time paying artists for doing very little in the quiet months.
VECTORED ARTWORK
EthicalTees have been creating vector images of logo’s and designs for many years.
They tell you when you buy a cutter plotter machine that you can simply run your artwork through Corel Draws trace program and send your design to the cutter, it’s that easy, NOT!!
Traced images can have hundreds of unwanted ‘nodes’. This leads to the cutter taking a long long time to cut your image and not giving you a nice clean finish.
We can help you achieve the best possible cutter speed and quality!
Index printing is what we consider to be the most effective way for printing highly detailed prints on many different garment background colours.
Index printing gives you a superior soft hand feel to the finished printed garment. Bright vibrant colours and consistency of print.
Etees specialise in this process. We don’t use automated artwork programs to create our index separations, A skilled colour separator controls the image from start to finish.
Spot colour process is ideal for producing photographic and high tonal prints onto all different colour backgrounds.
Spot process uses halftone screen dots in place of square dots used in Index printing. Using halftones gives a smooth fade of colour, ideal for say a circle fading out to the shirt colour or blending colours together.
Ethical T-Shirts have produced hundreds of spot process prints over the years giving us great expertise and quality of image.
