Why Choose Embroidery

A finish that says quality

Embroidery stitches your logo directly into the fabric — giving it a raised, textured quality that no other decoration method can replicate. It's the go-to choice for brands, businesses and clubs who want their clothing to make the right impression.

Outlasts the garment

Embroidery doesn't crack, peel or fade. High-quality thread holds its colour and structure through hundreds of washes.

Professional & premium

The raised texture and clean finish of embroidery signals quality — a step above printed alternatives for business and uniform use.

Works on all fabrics

Polos, fleeces, caps, hardshells — embroidery adheres to a wide range of materials that printing can't always handle.

Consistent across every item

Machine embroidery ensures every garment in a batch looks identical — critical for teams and uniform orders.

Garments

What we can embroider

We embroider a wide range of garments — if it can be hooped, we can stitch it.

Caps & Headwear

Embroidered caps and beanies make a strong brand statement. We embroider structured and unstructured styles.

Hoodies & Sweatshirts

Premium chest or sleeve embroidery on casualwear. Great for sports clubs, schools and corporate event clothing.

Softshells & Jackets

T-Shirts

Embroidery on tees is less common but effective for premium positioning — a raised chest logo that stands out from standard printing.

The Process

How embroidery works

01

Send us your artwork

Share your logo or design — ideally as an AI, EPS or high-res PNG file. We'll assess it and advise on stitch count and sizing.

02

We digitise your design

Your artwork is converted into an embroidery file (DST format). We'll send a digital proof so you can approve the stitch layout before we start.

03

Production

Once approved, your garments go into production. We use professional embroidery machines to ensure consistent, high-quality results across every piece.

04

Delivered to you

Orders are carefully packed and shipped anywhere in the UK. We'll keep you updated from machine to mailbox.

FAQ

Common questions about embroidery

What's the minimum order for embroidery?

We can work with small quantities — even single items for samples or one-off pieces. Pricing per unit reduces with larger orders, and we're happy to quote for any quantity.

What file format do I need for my logo?

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are ideal as they scale without losing quality. High-resolution PNGs also work well. If your artwork isn't print-ready, we can advise — and in many cases help prepare it.

What's the maximum embroidery size?

For chest logos, most designs fit within 9cm × 9cm. We can accommodate larger back designs and sleeve logos. We'll advise on what works best for your garment and design during the quote process.

How many colours can be embroidered?

Embroidery uses individual thread colours rather than ink mixing. Most logos work well with 1–8 thread colours. Gradients and photographic effects aren't suited to embroidery — DTF printing is better for those.

Can you match my exact brand colours?

We work from the Madeira thread colour range and can match most brand colours very closely. We'll advise on the nearest match and can share thread colour references before production.

How long does embroidery take?

Typical turnaround is 7–10 working days from artwork approval, depending on quantity and complexity. If you have a tight deadline, let us know when you enquire and we'll do our best to accommodate.
