FAQ
Common questions
What's the minimum order for custom t-shirt printing?
For DTF printing there's no strict minimum — we can do single items. Screen printing becomes cost-effective from around 25–50 pieces. Just tell us what you need and we'll recommend the best option.
Can you print on t-shirts I supply myself?
Yes. We can print on blank garments you send to us, subject to suitability for the decoration method. Get in touch before sending anything so we can advise on compatibility.
How long does custom t-shirt printing take?
Typical turnaround is 5–10 working days from artwork approval, depending on quantity and method. Faster turnarounds may be possible — let us know your deadline when you enquire.
What file format do I need for my artwork?
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) for screen printing and embroidery. For DTF, high-resolution PNG files work well. Don't worry if your file isn't perfect — we can advise or help prepare it.
Do you print across the whole t-shirt or just the chest?
We can print in multiple positions — front, back, sleeve, collar area. Just describe where you'd like the decoration when you enquire and we'll include it in your quote.
Can I order different sizes in the same batch?
Absolutely. Most orders include a size mix. Just tell us how many of each size you need and we'll accommodate that in your order.
